We had a blast with Tim and family out at church rock for Memorial Day. We had fried chicken, rode motorcycles and 4 wheelers, dug for gold, caught lizards and shot guns.
There is supposedly some gold buried out at church rock, so the kids love digging for gold! Brad brought some plastic gold coins, buried them and the kids had fun finding them in the dirt.
They are in kid heaven here!!

even though its been almost 15 years since we were all buddies, it is totally surreal seeing you two with you kids! maybe because you both look as "young" as ever, or maybe that monticello landscape makes my eyes misty with nostalgia...whatever it is it looks good on ya!

I love how you hid gold coins and had the kids find them. My boys talk about the treasure out there all the time. We might have to do something like that when we are in town!
