Nine Years Together

Shannon and I celebrated our nine years together by taking a much needed romantic getaway to the Sheraton Hotel in downtown KC. We had a babysitter for Gavin, and BJ and Avery stayed with friends. We slept in, went to a movie, ate out, did Christmas shopping, and even got a massage. Okay, for the massage we went to Bed Bath & Beyond and sat in the demo massage chairs, but we stayed there for at least 30 minutes. We would never have been able to do that with kids. It was great!

After nine years we are still together...what a miracle. Actually, I love Shannon so much because of all the sacrifices we have made together. The difficult times have made us strong together. Thank you Shannon for being there for me! I love you so much!
